Single stage pulper/refiner for any kind of fruits and vegetables to be transformed into juice or cremogenate®.. This unit is also suitable for heavy duty jobs like destoning of ripe or precooked fruits. Capacity up to 2500-3000 kg/h according to the treated product and the used sieves.

The machine consists of:

• feeding hopper
• two heads and two sides
  
• perforated screen
  
• set of four adjustable beaters with list in rubber
  
• Teflon or stainless steel according to the use
  
• tank for the refined juice collection
• chute for waste discharge (see detailed picture here below)
  
• removable closing timing case,
• 5.5 kW motor, with pulleys, belts and protective guard,
  
• perforated pipe for the partial washing when the unit is closed
  
• supporting structure in stainless steel.
  

All parts in contact with the product are in stainless steel Aisi 304 (excluded some pieces due to manufacturing needs). The unit can be easily disassembled and inspected as to permit quick adjustments and accurate washings; in addition a wide selection of sieves and brushes allows a diversified use of the unit.
