FROZEN MILL 6022: machine for chopping blocks (max 50 kg weight) of concentrate or cremogenate orf frozen fruits in small pieces. It can be also used for chopping ice blocks up to free-flow size. Capacity up to 10 t/h input. The unit is equipped with a pneumatic pushing feeding system, an hopper and a mono pump (these last two are jacketed to fluidify the ice in contact with the metal surfaces), as shown in the photo on the left.

PRODUCTION PROGRAM
Feeding: a pantograph elevator feeds the ice blocks to the plant.
Defrosting: the ice block surface is heated by a hot air tunnel to facilitate the bag removal.
Chopping: this operation is carried out by the machine Frozen Mill 6022.
