A new performance concept. The APEX AT300 DE is fast, clean, efficient, energy saving and noiseless thanks to the electrically controlled movements of: the carriage shuttle, mould open/close, blow pin up/down, parison thickness control an extruder bobbing.

Maximum efficiency does not require big spaces thanks to the new bottle takeout system which brings the bottles directly to the back of the machine and positions them onto the conveyor belt running across the machine.

| High Flexibility in Container Production |

The new APEX AT300 DE manufactures bottles from approx 150ml to 1,5 lt at a very high speed with impressive repeatability thus guaranteeing an extremely elevated level of quality on all types of bottles. The price/quality ratio has never been better. The main peculiarity of this machine with respect to comparable model from our competitors is the possibility to produce containers both with and without handle.

| Global control |
 |
The APEX AT 300DE is controlled by the new proprietary A3MC control system. It is much more user friendly and guarantees a very accurate control of all the parameters. It is based on an industrial PC with input/output modules connected via CANopen norms. The production recipes are saved on file with USB memory key.

| Continuous Evolution |
 |
The machine is an evolution of the classic Automa closing system with tiebarless clamp which shuttles on horizontal guide rails. The machine has a precise extruder bobbing movement to allow fast parison drop so as not to compromise on cycle time.

With this all-electric machine you can produce containers, with innovative form and look, for yoghurt, sweets jars etc…, that are completely contaminant free.

| Cosmetics |
 |
Where the “look” and “feel” really count, you are able to manufacture packaging products at a very high quality level. For example, with anexternal decorating layer, special shapes with “soft touch” or “high gloss” effect for small containers for shampoo or body care products can be produced.

| Detergents |

You can manufacture containers up to 1,5lt using various materials such as PVC, PP, HDPE. This flexibility is common to all machines in the APEX series.

| Pharmaceutical |
 |
The new APEX AT 300DE model is perfect for the pharmaceutical market which requires contaminant free containers, like soft wall applications in LDPE or for example eye drop bottles. It can also produce bottles for hydrogen peroxyde, sterile or disinfectant solutions. As on all Automa machines, we can add a system of sterilisation of the bottles.

Thanks to the use of new polymers it is possible to successfully produce bottles dedicated to the chemical sector that focus their characteristics on the aggressiveness and toxicity of the products. For example small containers for the photographic and copying industry, laboratory solutions, hospital waste containers, and many more.
